I ended up buying a complete AA kit with extra mags, just so I could get some extra mags. I sold the AA kit, kept the xtra mags, and I now have 5 mags, which is just about right for practical pistol practice.
PS: the AA mags seem to get better with use ...
as they break in, they get more reliable.
PPS: At the start and finish of my practice sessions, I shoot controlled/rapid fire a mag full of .40 S&W full power ammo. Otherwise, if I practice with ONLY .22 LR, I find my grip starts getting too soft [ those .22s don't kick much ]
