On the scope, works well but kind of goofy looking IMHO. Bolt handle looks good.

YES, but...

I would very much prefer to see the copy of the original PU scope mount ($100.00 US) on that rifle, even if equipped with a more modern design scope. At least, this type of mount allows primary sighting with the scope at the neutral position.
But, as says the last picture on the report, "proof of the pudding is in the eating"...

How are those scopes? I was checking out the website, it seems you get a lot of scope for a good price.

Well they are in the US, and the eye relief is a bit low. I think I'd rather spend more money and throw a Nikon on there.

I agree with P.P., for what this fugly mount is going to cost, get proper PU mount off Ebay for the same coin(or just buy a real MN sniper already, whaddya got in this POS when its done, 450 or 500 bucks, vs a real sniper at 6 or 7 hun?), even if it means popping a modern scope in there. Otherwise, we are really going to have to call you (theme from JAWS please!) Bub-ba bub-ba bub-ba!!!!
