My plan for the spring is to put together a black 10/22. I want something that has great looks, is compact, and extremely accurate. I’ve seen the evolution stock system from RB Precision; the word is they will be available again in March. Also I’ve heard many rave about how much they like their Krinkers as well. So I have it narrowed down to one of these two. Like I said accuracy is important; therefore I like the idea of being able to put a full .920 barrel on the Evo, however the Krinker is billed to have a match chamber & barrel as well, how would the two compare? As for looks, well beauty is always in the beholder, so in that regard I’d be happy with either one really.
Anyways, I’m having a very difficult time deciding, I’d appreciate some advice and input here.

I've never touched the evo, but I can pick off a squirrel running along a tree limb at 40+ yards almost every time with my long barrelled Krinker.

my evo shipped to me today and i also have the krinker, for the money... i think the krinker could have been a bit better in quality section, front forend seems to be a little loose on mine, and same with others who have the krinker. from the looks of it, the evo is extremely well built. ill let you know in a couple days when i get it.

Cheers
Rob

Has anyone here used one of the nordic stock set ups from fabsports?

It looks interesting to me because it will use all the AR accessories for grips, stocks, and floating barrel foreends.

If u know someone in the US to buy it for you and ship it to you, They are only $199 and with six position buttstock $249 at Rb presision . Just have them mail it to you under $100. Im going that route because fab still charges tax and shipping on top of the $259 for just the evo so you would save around $50 after all said and done after u pay gst at border and shipping. Money is money, I work too hard to pay any more than i have to.

Gee, thanks for all the responses guys... two months after I start the thread...lol
BTW, I bought a Krinker - I guess I'm reasonably happy with it - if I could do it over again I would have likely held out for the Evo...

Hey PowerStroke, I'm really hoping you do a complete review of the Evo. Full on before, during, and after pics of the buildup. Range report with pics of targets etc. Why you went with the Evo instead of the Nordic.
