So, I got a buck, I gutted and skinned him, I brought him to a local butcher recommended from another hunter. The butcher is great but he says he doesn't make sausage. (The butcher is Dumochel the corner of Donald and Lola, he seemed great, I get my meat tomorrow, will review them for you guys)
Does anyone know a butcher that will do sausage in the Ottawa area?
Ahhhhhh! Sorry header should read advice for.........

Try the Garden Market in Smiths Falls, I've never been but I hear plenty of good things about them.

The most disgusting pepperettes I have tasted come from here. I would not recommend this place!

There is a European deli near Bank and Walkley by the big LCBO. He will make any kind of sausage you want for a reasonable price.

If you are having difficulty finding someone to do it for you, my advice is to learn to do it yourself. Lots of great recipes out there, and YOU have control over what meat gets into your sausage. It's not rocket science.

It's a bit of a drive from Ottawa but you can't go wrong with "The Butcher Shop"
in Brockville. They are just off the 401 in the shopping plaza that Zeller's are in.

Thanks Dave, Bank and Wakley Deli is where I ended up going, he is doing kielbasa and Italian for me.
His Italian sausage is award winning they say. I have made sausage before, I am a Chef by trade, have my own place........sadly I have no time to do these things for myself, but
I am more than happy to let the butchers do what they do best.
