Anyone want to offer some advice on what scope to get for a ruger 10/22? Gonna be shooting paper mostly. I don't have much money to spend. I have seen some scopes for 50-100 bucks but I don't know if they are any good. So if any of you have recommendations that would be great.

check out the bsa and barska lines in sweet 22. Bsa offers this scope with adjustable elevation turrets calibrated for different bullet grain weights (3 supplied turrets). I have sweet 17's for both my 10/22's and put elevation marks on them myself as the 17 hmr they were designed for obviously has a different trajectory. they track very good for a $125 scope.
There's a Tasco
on my 10/22 that came with the rifle, 2.4-10x40AO mildot, was going to put a Leupold on it but the damned thing works great for a $100 scope, this coming from a guy that has many thousands tied up in high end optics

Check out the Cabela's Pine Ridge rimfire turret scope. I think they're $120 or so and worth every penny. I have the 3-12X40 and love it. Yes, they are made in China, and yes they are much much better than Tasco!
