Advice on painting Glock slide.

So my wife is getting into target shooting and loved my Glock, Long story short she's going to be shooting a G17 which I plan to buy another complete upper because... yes she wants it painted pink. I'm cool with this simply because I get to buy another glock and with another complete upper I can still shoot it

Can anyone shed some light on buying new complete uppers ? ( best place to buy them ) or if anyone had a) painted a slide themselves or b) has any information on where I can send a slide to get painted or coated and what's the costs.

Check out a product called Duracoat. You can order kits that let you apply it as easy as a can of spray paint.

Since your profile says ontario try select shooting supplies in cambridge. And i believe tactical ordnance in newmarket does cerakoating as well. Expect $250 for the paintjob minimum plus disassembly/reassembly costs...unless you want to strip your slide yourself.
