Aero Precision EPC

It's like the FX9, as far as I can tell. If that one's legal, why wouldn't the EPC?

Then again, it also feels like the RCMP Labs use a Magic Eight Ball to make their final determinations... so who ####in' knows?

Looks like the pins line up with a mil-spec upper - in this Vid they talk about it being interchangeable with other manufacturers parts (suggesting you can mate the Aero PCC lower with a different manufacturer upper) which would suggest that the receivers are mil spec AR length. You can see the little curve from the magwell to the front takedown pin which you don’t see on the FX-9. This milspec “compatibility” is what I understand has left some PCC newly prohib since the OIC and why the FX-9 is not. Freedom Ordinance designed a completely unique/proprietary upper/lower that are shorter than milspec and not compatible with any other manufacturers parts...

From the video description:

In this episode of TFBTV, James visits Thunder Ranch and speaks with the guys from Aero about their "EPC" or "Enhanced Pistol Caliber" carbine AR-15. As of right now, they have a prototype up and running with 20,000 rounds through it, and James got to try it out at the Thunder Ranch Urban Rifle Course! The EPC carbine is going to be offered as a partially built lower for $150 all the way up to a complete rifle. It will be available in 9mm, 10mm, .40S&W and .45ACP, and yes, it will take GLOCK mags.
