Where do you get them to deck out a Norinco 1911? I'm thinking about getting one. I would like stainless ambi safety, stainless screw mounted mag well, adjustable trigger and DROP IN beavertail. Can it be done? CAN IT BE IMPORTED at a good price?

All my handgun parts come directly from Brownells. Small parts (under $100.00) can be shipped without any problems or permits (except barrels, slides, etc...the Brownells website gives all the details about restrictions). The shipping rates are very reasonable, and parts usually take about 2 weeks by regular mail. The selection is top notch, and the service is excellent :) . My Norinco 1911C is mostly built with parts from them.

I order them my self on-line. Check them out at www.brownells.com Order their catalogue also. Sometimes I'll have Williams Arms order parts that are over the $100. The businesses can order up to $500 with the permitts they have.

KMD sugested Armco, which I believe is a western dealer. I live in Ontario and I'm not familar with that company.
