Affordable Source for a 10 or 20 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail mount scope base??

Does anyone know where I can pick up a reasonably priced 10 or 20 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail mount scope base??
Everything I've found so far is frickin' expensive!!!

It's for an old rifle I inherited that is tapped for a mount (holes 82.5 mm apart centre to centre)

If need be, I'll drill the rail myself to fit.

What is expensive? Talley makes picatinny rails for about $80. Also what rifle?

It has to be a rail? or will a regular type base work ?
Leupold make a 20 moa LR base, about as cheap as it comes.
