Affordable Spotting scope with milradian reticule?

Hey guys,

Just thought I would see if anyone knows of any affordable spotting scopes with milradian reticules in them? They also need to be decently made, not just a cheap PoS... price range I'm looking for is between $200-400, would be nice to be able to get a $2,000 one, but probably not logical with all the other things I need currently.
