affortable mid length gas system AR15 rifle.

Hello,
I am looking for some suggestions on my next purchase.
What I am looking for is an AR15 with a mid length gas system in the price range of $1000-$1500. Is there such a rifle out there? Google has not been my friend on this one.
Barrel length I am thinking anywhere between 14.5 to 18 inches.
I am planning on just using it at the range for some plinking and maybe 3 gun in the future.
I have no other reason than this being a "want to have a mid length gas system".

You can find a Daniel Defense M4V5 in the EE every so often for $1400.

Watch the ee, daniel defense makes a great rifle and you should be able to find one in your price range there. The v7 also is midlength
