AFRA Fullbore Match - June 11 & 12 - Homestead Range

The AFRA Homestead Match will be held at the Homestead Range this coming weekend, June 11 & 12. Last match before the Provincial competition, June 24-26.

Saturday or Sunday will be the long range 700, 800 & 900m, with 2+15 at each position. The short range at 300, 400, 500, & 600m (assuming that we get the target faces on the 400m targets), with 2+10 at the 300/400 and 2+15 at 500/600, will be shot the other day ...

Will there be a practice day on Friday 10th?? Just asking because I was thinking of going up on the Friday, but I won't if people are doing there thing.

Depending on the weather - some of us might go out a practice...

You can come out a shoot either day or both days - match fees are (IIRC - to be confirmed) $25/day or $40/both days together
 
Dale, if your daughter comes out to shoot there will be no charge for her. Infact, it would be great to watch her kick some hiney!!!
 
Yo Highmark... Sierra has decided to shoot on Sunday..I guess I watch... this is the first comp she'll be "uncoached" at the line... I told her she can't do any worse than last and she's cool with that... great experience for her... see you all Sunday..good luck to everyone on Saturday...
 
Hi Dale,and Sierra.
Thank's for coming out today, and congrats to Sierra for being such a trooper to come out and shoot with the big boys. i hope that we will end up with a junior class in the next year,i think if we keep getting kids with as much ambition as Sierra, we should make it work. We just need you to shoot next time!!!

Hi Eric...this is Sierra.. I had a great time shooting with all the fellows..I'd like to thank everyone for their help especially my squad buddy ,Bill... you were a big help scoring...good luck on your junior class next year.... good luck to everyone shooting in the upcoming provincial championships.. ( Scotty's gonna win it)!!!!! Thanks Sierra :)

Got all your ammo loaded for the next three weeks? we need way too much to do it all at the last minute!
