Just so everyone knows ahead of time, we will also be having team match for the F-Class shooter's after the Palma on saturday afternoon. The cost will be $5.00 per person, and the teams will need to consist of no more than two F-Open shooters on a team. The teams will be 4 shooter's each and a cash prize will go to the winning team only. You will be able to sign up on the sign-up sheet at the registration on Saturday morning.
Again as a reminder, registration is at 8:00-8:30, with the first shots going down at 9:00 AM. Anyone willing to show up a little earlier to help set up targets and flags would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Eric

Flags? Why torture yourself ;)

I'm going to try make this one next year. Perhaps a weeklong western road trip after the ppra.

Sounds like an awesome shoot.

F-Open
Marc T 1st
Richard D 2nd (2 pts behind 1st)
Eric B 3rd (1 pt behind 2nd)

While the match was won by 2pts and not 1pt. The 1 pt cloud still hangs there.

It was a great match but attendance could have been better. 6TR 6FTR and 8F-O I believe.

The team match at 900 on Saturday was fun as we got to coach a TR shooter (which is not an easy task when you are used to holding off) an FTR and 2 F-O guys per team.

Bill will be putting up full results on the AFRA website and the "other" forum.

Attendance was good - off from other years, but still good at 22 per day (6 TR, 7 FTR & 9 FO). Results are posted.

Third was better than loosing by one point again. Sorry we didn't see you out this year, what's the situation?
But yes the BBoys were a hoot as always, the competition is always strong and the beers always cold.
As for all of our other local shooters, not sure what happened to you but the turnout was pretty weak. Maybe next year!!

Little shooting this year due to the wife's school, not much extra cash when classes are $800.00 plus. I might try and make the Frost on the Pumpkin but it is hunting season you know.
Good to see every one had fun ,at least for the ones that showed up....
Cheers

Homestead and the "wild rose boys" have always been a joy, and just so you all know the ride home was not spent patting myself on the back. Shortly after getting on the TCH and setting the cruise at 125kph, opening the pepsie and chips, my rear tire decided to part company with the tread which in turn took out my rear box side. After returning the heart rate to near normal and cleaning my drawers the spare went on and off I went.

Sorry to hear that Marc - I had a tread separation on the way back from the BC Prov's this year, but at least no damage ... and I was able to made it to Chase & some air tools. You might need to bring Luke along more often, just in case you need to change a tire!
