Africa and Australia hunting help, unusual request

I have an odd question for any GunNutz who have hunted in Africa or Australia.

Do any of you have any contacts in any African state or in Australia at the federal or state level, in either gov't or industry, that are involved in the management of wild, feral or free-range domesticated herds of animals?

I'm in the position of looking for partners for a blood sample collection technology for unenclosed animals, and am looking for contacts in those two jurisdictions. If anyone is open to making an introduction or sharing a contact, please feel free to DM me.
