Buy an aftermarket barrel like the ones Lone Wolf sells just to shoot lead bullets.

If you have worn out your original barrel, then maybe. If you haven't worn it out, perhaps you haven't shot enough practice to reap the benefit of any extra potential for accuracy in that aftermarket barrel.
