Aftermarket shotgun sights?

I've got a win 1200 pump shotgun that I'm converting to a "defender" type. I cut the barrel to 20", added a 2-shot mag tube extension. It's going to live in the bedroom (yeah it's safe and secure), and will also be used for some fun shooting with slugs and b-shot.

So my Question: What about sights? Probably I'll just re-install a bead up front, but I kinda like the idea of putting rifle type open sights on it. I don't want to spend a whole bunch of $$. Any suggestions or recommendations? has anyone installed one of the aftermarket sight kits?

I have a 14" 870 barrel that I'd like to put sights on, also. The original bead fell off (slugs). I would prefer ghost ring sights or rifle sights, but it's hard to find decently priced ones. I think I might just go with a bead too.
