Aftermarket Sight mount for CZ-858

So I'm looking at getting an aftermarket sight mount for a CZ-858 from Wolverine. I'm wondering if the sight mount is only good for optics, or if you can mount an unpgraded iron sight on it and still be able to use the existing front sight.

You'll probably get more feedback in the black rifle forum. There's quite a few guys that've posted in that forum that they own a scout mount, but none of them have given any feedback whatsoever.
