Aftermarket sights for a Henry?

I had try to order the metal front sight from Henry, they take 40$ on my master card but after 4 month I never received my part. When I inquire at Henry they telled me they shipped via usa mail, at the phone when I passed my order They telled to me they will ship UPS. When I conctact the service director (paul manos) he telled me "make a other order and pay againt for the part and the shipping" .
the fact is simple
1- I had pay
2- I never received my part
3- They unable to give me a track number or some proof the stock was shipped
4- they want I make a gamble and pay a second time
Before I brought the rifle I maked sure with the henry president (M. Imperato) is possible to change this cheap front sight , he tell me the only remplacement part aviable on the market is the henry metal front sight but he says he will ship me one with no problem.
I had cheek all gun parts supplies and a couple of gunsmith and it have no solution except to got a gunsmith he build a other barrel band with a dovetail on a ramp.
For now I use the gun with a williams receiver peep sight at the back is better of the big square notch on the rear sight but the accuracy of the sight stay so so.
For sure is the last time I brought a Henry product.
P.S. When I inquire if they have a gunsmith on Canada for the warranty or for order some part he dont want to give me a anwser, I guess because the anwser is no ...

That's surprising. Usually people have good things to say about Henry customer service. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
I haven't been able to find better sights anyway so I think I'll be buying a scope for it this week.
