Hi, I have a T/C R-55 Benchmark, that rifle is very accurate, but I don't like the stock.
It's well suited for bench shooting, with the wide forearm and high comb, but it's on the heavy side and it doesn't fit me since I'd like to use my rifle for hunting.
I've searched on Hogue and Boyd sites and didn't see any replacement stock for the T/C R-55.
I like the Hogue Overmolded, I'd like to find something similar for my R-55.

Anyone know where I could get a replacement stock, if there's any.

Thanks!

Maybe because I want a rifle that shoots .5 at 50y, even for hunting.
I'm not familiar with the Marlin 60, but I'd be surprised if it does. Does it?

Well, definitely don't get rid of that T/C, seeing as they're not making them anymore.
I have the R-55 Sporter and it's a real tack driver. I love the steel receiver and rugged construction, just a fantastic rifle.
Although I will admit, the stock does lend itself more to bench shooting.
If anyone knows where I can find a 10 rd magazine for the R-55, let me know!
