aftermarket stock

Its my understanding from what I have read here that an aftermarket stock can be brought across the border with no problem as long as the price does not exceed $100...am I correct ?? I was thinking of getting the camo stock made by ATI since I will be hunting with it, thought it be kinda neat. I saw a place called combathunting.com and they advertise all kinds of specials, much much cheaper than here in Canada ($65), has anyone here ever dealt with them before???

Contact the USA dealer and ask them if they have the permits in place to be able to ship the Canada.

OH, I will have them mailed to a friend of mine in the USA, then go pick it up when I stay there the week end or have her bring the package to me, so mailing is not a problem, I was just wondering if the dealer was reputable. I am lucky I live only one hour from the border.
