No. An AG42 mag will fit in a Hakim, but not a Rashid.
May physically fit in a Hakim, but there are differences in the feed ribs among other things.

Hakim and AG42B mags will hold rounds of both calibres. I've tried and this works just fine and the Hakim mag will fit in my AG42B. But, I have not tried actually feeding or shooting with interchanged mags.
