So I decided to try annealing, just placed an order today, it was my buddy who was doing my annealing before with his state of the art AMP, its just too much for my wallet, so went with the AGS. Will be using one torch, any suggestions the start % or seconds, will be doing starline 308 and Lapuas 6.5x47 and 6Br, thanks

I believe there are some YouTube videos that go through the set up and use, I thought about getting one but other things came up.

I have one. I do my adjustments in the dark for timing and everything. I can see when the brass starts to glow better this way. The second will depend on your torch setting but I prefer to get it done as quickly as possible to minimize the heat transfer through the brass

There is no specific time for any case. It wildly depends on the brass content and neck thickness etc.

I recently did a batch of 303 that heated up very quickly, like twice as quickly as the 6.5CR cases I did last.

This is the only way to do it. Run the machine in near darkness so you can see the case neck turn red.

I use an AGS with one torch.
can't find my notebook for my 6.5 creed, but looked at my notes on some other cartridges.
times/% settings were all done in pitch black, to where the cases just started to change color. running a propane torch that's set so that the tip of the blue flame is ~1-2mm off the neck.
for my 6GT alpha brass I run 32%. That's roughly 8.5 seconds.
On my 338 Lapua and 300 PRC (both lapua brass) I run 23-24%. That's roughly 11.5 seconds.
all things being equal your 6BR could be in the 32-35% range, your 308 and x47 could be around 30%. start higher/faster and work your way slower.
