AI 50 Calibre?

Almost everything from GB is overpriced, Jags, AIs even the chocolate is pricey.
For what they are charging I can build you a true custom , that I will guarantee will out shoot any factory offered mass produced rifle in this caliber. And you will have money left over to feed it with

Well If you offer people a cheaper option to popular expensive guns you'll probally do alot of business. I'll probally just buy a steyr though.

There are people that are happy to settle with second best assuming that a foreign made big name made item may be superior. My basic rifle is the same money as the Steyr, and in several shoots have proven to be more accurate shooting rifles. The advantages of a custom rifle are that they are not built to generic body spec, they can be tailored to the shooter. Same idea as off the rack or taylor made suits.

If at all possible I certainly like to get the client to come in so I can fit the stock for length of pull, palm swell dimensions and trigger finger reach as well as cant and spotweld. All of these are important for optimum rifle fit, hence accuracy. The best parts and assembly can be totally defeated if the rifle does not fit the shooter. This can be overcome to a certain degree with adjustable stock parts, but every client I have ever built a stock for custom to their physical dimension has told me their shooting ability improved dramatically, and the comfort of shooting was enhanced.
Also being custom gives a person the ability to "personalize" his rifle , and lets be honest here, there is something to be said for better bragging rights, to own anything that is a true 1 of is something special to many
