AI AX 308 Single shot loading block question

Hey guys

I have an Remington 700P 308 in a AI AX chassis and I was looking for a single shot mag adapter for it.

Would any of you have any leads on one

I did find a company in the US who makes the ``Bob Sled`` adapter but has no Canadian retailers.

Keep in mind the AIAX / AIAT will use a different mag than your gun.

Those rifles dont use AICS mags, they use AI double stack mags that differ in size.

That single shot "mag sled" exists because the AI bolt stops on an empty magazine. You can't push your bolt forward with the mag in. Your 700 and AICS doesn't do this. You should be able to throw your rounds on top and ram it home no issues.

AX mags have an extra lip at the top front edge. AT uses AW mags.

Just got my AW Original Bobsled. Bob said there isn't the demand to have them made in Derlin, but 3D printing them in ABS is no problem. Fits very snug but functions perfectly.
