I did a review for CGN last fall. You might find it in the archives. It had a few little wrinkles, but my last five shot group was under two inches at 200 yards. I've bought a second one for cast bullet shooting with iron sights.
That should tell you what I think of them.

I just got to examine a disassembled No 4 Mk 4 at Marstar's table at Aylmer. What a beefy, solid rifle! Nothing even slightly cheesy about it. No plastics either, just the good stuff. The parkerizing on the No 4 Mk 4 is very attractive to my eyes too.

I just went out to a heritage rifle shoot and 2 of the guys had the smle type #4 AIA (don't know the model #), I thought they looked pretty good; is this considered okay for service rifle matches by the Nova Scotia Rifle Association? I'm thinking it might be suitable for use in 2 different disciplines(target rifle although you couldn't expect to seriously compete with the state of the art guns in that class). Best regards Tony.
