Aia m10 b2 match trigger help needed

Argualbly, these are two stage triggers that is why it seem it has long creep, then click. I just got B1 and the thing did not come with a manual. I am unfamiliar with Lee-Enfield actions and I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to bolt goes in 
But I know they are two stage triggers. Mine feels fine, not that heavy (the first stage seems heavy though but I think with time it will wear in and will be lighter). Maybe I am simply used to heavy pulls on most rifles these days so this B1 does not bother me a bit.
