Marstar & Wolverine are selling AIA "Improved Enfield" rifles. I am considering purchasing the AIA M10 B2 Match (7.62 x 51mm Nato) which I would use for target shooting. Has anyone have any experience with these rifles? Thanks for any advice..

I have one of the M4's I got it on the EE never fired and put 6 rounds through it in 60 kmh winds, too busy with the M305 and the marlin 60 to really try it out (plus I need a missing piece for my scope ring).
I might sell it to get a CZ .22 american, but its just so pretty I don't know if I can part with it.

M10 B2 Match

I bought one from Marstar while waiting for the M305 to become available. It's a beautiful rifle with nice teak wood but I've got a few complaints about it as follows:
It's really flippin' heavy for off-hand shooting (I'm of smaller staure at 5'10/160 lbs)
It comes with a nice teak cheek rest but no hardware to attach it with (I use velcro)
There's been some shrinkage of the wood so that the gap between the handguard and fore end is uneven.
The mags would fit the M305 if it weren't illegal to drill a small hole them.
I really like my M10 but shoot the M305. When I just want to look at a nice rifle I haul the M10 out of the safe. I think I'll do that now.
