i was wondering if these will feed 22 250 rounds? cause they are made for 308 but i think most companys use teh same feeding system for these two rounds. ITs for a model 700 so if its say a 700 VSf it will still Fit? I dont have either but im just hinking of it. Also does the stock come with mags? if not how much do they run usaly and where do you get them.? IF you have the stock how do you like it?

also does the rifle need a bedding job or just that aluminim black holds it.

The AICS platforms can be bought on the EE Forum (IIRC, Skullboy had one for sale, Version 1.5). Do a search on the EE Forum for "AICS".

Failing that effort, Wolverine Supplies sells them for around $ 1000 to $ 1100 give or take. Go to their website... links up top of the CGN banner.

Yes, the M700 VSF will fit... I've got my VSF (Desert) in the AICS right now... Short action, of course.

The .22-250 ? I'm not sure and I have not tried this, yet... I don't even have a .22-250 cartridge to give it a try, either.....

Find / Network with a member of the CGN community and see if they can let you feel how the stock fits YOU. Skullboy once let me check out his AICS and I've been hooked since. My medium to large hand just loves that pistol grip. For some people, they just cannot 'rock' that AICS thumbhole and all the relevant feelings one needs to have before dropping that kind of money on the stock and magazine system.

The AICS upgrades come with QD studs in front to secure your Harris bipod, so you don't have to rush out and buy their expensive and bombproof AICS bipod.

Let us know what you decide...

Cheers,
Barney

Had one for my Sendero 300 win. mag. The look is incredible, but i sold it 'cause i was using it for hunting. The sling attachments (there is a lot) were very noisy in the woods. I was told thad it's been corrected since the company have have started business again. Very expensive. I prefer my Mcmillan A5.

Great kit, currently use a stage 2 and have had 3 of them total, but deffinately a try it before you buy it proposition, they're not for everyone. Yes, they will feed .22-250 from the mag. Usually I believe Wolverine's AICS's come with one mag, replacement/extra mags run $100-$130 each. Retail on the stage one (discontinued I believe) was around $1100, hair over I think, and I'm guessing here but a stage 1.5 will likely run $1500 and a stage 2 will run a bit under $2000.

The prices on AI have dropped alot in the last 6 months. Last price I got was around $800 for a Ver 1.5 and mags were about $90 for a 10 rounder. If they've gone up again, my bad.
