AIM Mosin Nagant 5 piece sport kit. Where buy?

Trying to buy this kit (long relief scope,mount, sling, butt cushion, rings) but all the sellers seem to be in the States and it cannot be bought into Canada by an individual because it is restricted. Have trolled the net. No joy.Trying to scope up my Mosin, but don't want to drill because it is a particularly nice example. Wonder if anyone knows where I can buy the kit (which seems excellent value) in Canada.

Thank you very much. Only worry is, even though this is Ebay Canada, it comes from Arkansaw, US, so I am worried about customs. I think I will contact Customs direct. Again, very much appreciated.
 
I know I'm not helping but I don't believe MN's aren't accurate enough to take advantage of being scoped. That said, I prefer shooting my Polish MN with the irons.
IMO the front hooded and rear tangent sight works well together for its intended purpose.
 
A dealer had multiple sets listed in the EE for a looong time.
I noticed just this past week that the ads finally had "please remove" put on them. Can't recall who it was, but it was a small outfit.
