I puchased a box of Aim 158gr bullets to load 38 special. I want to make sure I make min power factor for IPSC. I'm looking for load data, OAL and powder charge. I plan to use titegroup powder. Just curious if I can use jacketed bullet data and if I need to go to +P loads I will be using them in a 4" revolver. The bullets are hard cast plated.

I use a plated (cam-pro) 158 with 3.1 of clays to make 105 pf for idpa/odpl - somewhere in the 3.3-3.4 range would probably make 125 PF but is getting into +p levels.
This bullet/ powder combo leaves the chamber and throat very clear meaning less scrubbing between stages to keep the reloads smooth.
Others may have a powder more suitable than this one for cleanliness and PF
