Hi everyone, I need some advice.
Trying to buy two batteries for my older Aimpoint mark III.
The number on them is - "PAT.937727 ET.AL."

-Who would still carry them? I visited half a doz places and no one even seen the discharged samples before.
-What is the voltage? (saw camera 3V battery that might fit?)
-Price?

Thanks for the interest, GR8

That's a patent number, not a battery number. Do a google search with your model info, if it exists, you'll find it.

Here:

GROUP 4
Aimpoint® Sights Model
Discontinued products
MPSII, Mark III, 2000, MPS
and Laserdot LSR-2

Battery
We recommend the following batteries
for the products mentioned in group 4:

123 or DL 123A (Duracell),
BR2/3A (Panasonic)
CR 123A (Varta),
Ø16.9x34.5 mm, 1pc, 3V, Lithium

A CR123A is a very common 3V lithium, used in flashlights, etc. Most stores should carry them.

Aimpoint brochure on the CompM3 says "3V Lithium battery, type 2L76 or DL1/3N"

Never heard of either of those battery types. Camera store is probably your best bet.

Thank you all, I bought Duracell 123 Battery package 2pc for $20 in London Drugs.
Fit is tight but after removing outer plastic cover it fits like a glove now.
Needs to be inserted with "+" first b/c original Swedish batteries have reversed polarity.
