Aimpoint CompM4 "Bravo"

I've seen some pictures of this unit from Shot, and was wondering if anyone has any confirmation on the "not for civilian sales" tagged onto it?

Is this for real? Will I really only be able to buy the normal M4? Do any dealers here in Canada have any info on import/export/Aimpoint's sales policy?
