Aimpoint issue

I ws trying to adjust my Aimpoint Ml3 on the weekend and I could not get it to change the point of impact at all. This scope has seen very little use. Any one had issue and know what type of warranty they have or where to take it?

Was it purchased from an authorized dealer?

Yes I got it from the shooting edge in Calgary but I don't think I have the receipt
