What is the best way to mount these things at an angle? I have an ADM on top, but want a dot mounted at an angle. Is it better to use a scope mounted rail like this:

Or just put an angle rail on the URX, and run the micro way up front?

I've used both styles.

For cqb competitions I prefer the micro on top centered, not angled, as far forward on the scope as possible so as to not obscure field of view.
I find the angled not as accurate or as fast as top centered.

Center top gives me double A's one above the other, while angled gives me more C's off to the side due to holding the rifle at slightly different angles each time.

Holding the rifle at an angle is also not as comfortable as a normal hold because of the vertical pistol grips.

If you must have an angle mount the front angle rail is better so as to not put excsessive weight on the rear affecting the balance of the rifle, and to allow for a better field of view.

That means that you have your head waaay off the stock hovering when using the top of scope mounted aimpoint though no?

I have never really tried a dual optic thing before. Either a scope, or irons/aimpoint. never both.

Straight up head is preferable for cqb - just a slight vertical turtle, chin on stock both eyes open.
Faster than tensing the neck muscles by tilting head sideways to get eye down to look through the scope.
If you cant index your chin on the stock your scope rings are to high for cqb scope red dot combo.
