Aimpoint PRO or Trijicon MRO?

I would go with the MRO just based on the fact it's a more compact design. That being said, the PRO had a very well proven track record for being incredibly robust and for all intents and purposes will do everything the MRO will do. I'd say it all comes down to size and weight.

I pick the PRO. There is noticeable and distracting (to me) fisheye in the MRO. It seems almost like it is 1.1x as opposed to 1x. I have owned a couple of PROs and they have been flawless.

I have 2 of each. They are both pretty good but for me, it's all come down to weight. I usually put PRO on some lightweight rifle and MRO on some heavy rifle.

I got both and i picked the MRO over the pro. Even tho the tube is the same size but the way they designed it makes it easier for you to acuire your target.

Pro is a slimmer design, so there is a catch to it.

Similar prices?

Edit: Holy f&#*! When did the Aimpoint spike in price like that? Last I saw they were $499!

I love mine. But part of the reason I love it is because I paid something in the range of $400 for it used.

I think it has to do with the CAD/USD. I checked American websites and they were close to 400 USD.

My vote is the PRO. I sold my last one and should never have let it go. Good glass and the dot is actually round. So many dots these days aren't really dots, but rather "stars". It really shows up past 100 meters. I doubt there is a problem with the MRO, but I am always one to go with what is already proven.
