Air Pistol

Hi,
A friend just got a Diana air pistol and is wondering what can be found about it... value (if any), and especially it's model history. Any info, links etc. would be greatly appreciated. It cocks by pulling the shaft down from the bottom of the grip with the cotter pin shown. It has 1932 stamped in it. Kind of an interesting little thing...

It's an air pistol,so unless the muzzle velocity is 500fps or greater,it isn't even a firearm.

There are a few knowlegable collectors on the Canadian Airgun Forum. Worth a shot.

The American Vintage Aiguns Forum is a really good bet for finding out the history and rarity of a piece like that. The guys there are not so focused on hanging shiny stuff on new Crosman pistols and the like.

Thanks for the help. Buddy says it does work, including blowing pressurized air out the barrel. But not sufficient for 500fps
