I don't think any pellets guns will be banned. The way the bill reads, those non-PAL airguns that resemble PAL rated airguns and powder burners will become prohibited. You can continue to own and use them but can't sell, trade, give away, etc. I didn't see anything mentioned about pellets or CO2. The 12 gram CO2 bulbs are used for more things than just pellet guns... such as inflation devices, CO2 drink machines, paintball, etc.

There already “green” pellets in England. They are lighter than lead but seem to do the job
There have been a number of 'alternative' pellets available over the years that do not use lead. Most were junk in terms of accuracy.
