So a month and a half ago, I got an Umarex Legends C96 pistol. It was an effing dream. I always wanted a gun like it, and I had quite a bit of fun shooting it at a makeshift target board in my home. I ran out of cardboard to absorb the BBs quite fast and I need to get more.

But the problem is, I don't have any way of cleaning the gun. The manual recommends cleaning the gun once every 1000 shots (which I haven't done yet), but I don't have a cleaning kit for it. The manual recommended RWS chamber lube when loading up a gas cylinder. What I got was some G.B.B Oil for it. I also don't have the RWS Spring Cylinder oil that the manual mentions for moving parts.

So my question is, anyone know where I can get a good cleaning kit for it? Online or offline? There are plenty of airsoft stores, but they got nothing for BB guns, I need some direction here.

Thanks.

Google Airguns Canada, Be a place called airgunsorce and D&L..Ive dealt with them both.

I use the crossman BB/pellet trap. I love it.

Check out http://www.pyramydair.com They ship to Canada no problem and they will have what you are looking for. As for target shooting, I use this:

Plans and more details for it and some other goodies will be published in an upcoming issue of Backwoodsman magazine.

You don't require anything special to clean air guns.I use.177 cleaning rod,[firearm type rod is OK]Non detergent 30 weight oil.It is what Crosman sells but colors pink.[Can. Tire]Some weedwacker line ,burned flat on one end, to create hook to hold patches.I have a collection of air guns rifle and pistol that I maintain with these simple items. Some are over 30 years old and still shoot great.I use a synthetic[Webley] air gun oil sparingly for my more powerful airguns[900 fps plus] to prevent dieseling.
