I wonder how that is possible a big selection of such guns is selling by Marstar now? I understand, prohibs can be sold and bought, once they are already in Canada from those good old times, but no new imports. Damn, I don't have prohib license. But still wordering, where did they get them all from?

They are deactivated paper weights.

they get them from Europe mostly new imports these can only be sold to holders of business licenses that have prohibited privileges

Marstar imports non granfathered full autos. Even if you had the prohib status you cant buy unless you are a manu. They can sell the paperweights because they are not guns. Doesnt matter when they came in.

There are people still living who had the prohibited ticket before 1 Jan., 1978. None of whom have anything to do with the movie business. They can and do buy and sell legally owned FA firearms.

they can't buy a thing from marstars full auto section because these guns were never in the system before the cut off date only people who have the right business license can

Another thing to remember - the CFO will NOT issue an ATT for ANY of the Fully Auto's to go to a range or anyplace you MAY actually want to use it, so basically it becomes a "safe Queen".

with the proper business license you don't need a ATT a museum for obvious reasons can't shoot these guns but a movie prop company im sure you can "test" the props. these 12.x guys get screwed over though
