AK-47 furniture fit a CZ 858?

Not without major work.

The buttstock and the pistol grip CAN be made to work, but you'll need to rework the wood quite a bit. I don't think the forend pieces will work at all.

As Canucklehead said, And the forends will not fit as they are too short.

The VZ58 is indeed a much smaller and nicer firearm. The more you learn about the VZ58, the less inclined you are to butcher one up to make it look like a $4 African spray and pray gun.

Seriously though... only the buttstock and pistol grip can be modded to fit.
