Wondering if anyone knows where to source an ak buffer tube adapter. Wanting to cut off my folder and mount an adapter so i can run ar stocks

You can get them on ali express for like $30. They're just a chunk of aluminum. Be warned if you do use one, you likely wont be able to use your iron sights as the buffer tube sits too high. At least mine did. Im running an optic so its no factor for me. But definitely a consideration.

Another idea I had was instead of using an AK buffer tube adapter, mount a piece of picatinny rail vertically and then you can use picatinny mount stocks, they have full stocks, fixed buffers and folders. Lots of options. Thats the more expensive route but that way the height is adjustable for iron sight use.

Id personally sell the folder for good money and then use that money to buy a fixed.... then make an adapter that attaches a buffer tube. That way, u can even design it to angle down like VZ 58s with AR stocks do so u can get a good cheek weld. If u want the folding feature, u can buy a folding buffer tube assembly...
