Olive Drab and Coyote in stock.

My one struggle with the VZ is mag pouches that work...I have yet to find any I am happy with, so I have been working on my own.

They don't happen to fit in a BFG ten speed, do they? That would be pretty sweet.

I really like the Eagle Ind 6mag AK rig for VZ mags very simple and works very well. 3 of us ran them with the VZs @ the SMC Basic Rifle course this summer and they hold the mags whatever way you want the mags with flaps open or closed but also easily removable with a beer can grip. The main downside to the Eagle rig is that the pouches are integral.

Hint Hint Farmboy :D

These fit 4 VZ mags.

I do have OD in stock (just arrived and the box is still in the truck) and the option will be on the website today.

The flap has button and velcro closure.

I'll try and get picks up in a bit.

Ten speed pouch does work, but with the edges on the mags the pouches will take a beating. The ten speed line was developed as a light weight, low profile option for specific missions. Not as an everyday mag pouch.

I won't be carrying Eagle that I can see. After being a dealer for 3 years they sent me a letter cutting me off as a dealer, and told me I had to buy from Seals.

Yeah, I am after modular mag pouches for these...tough to find

We have heard this quite a bit, hense the reason we brought these in. :D

Yea I would like to see modular pouches that work like the eagle ones in their AK do but I haven't seen anything yet. I like to have my pouches work like a shingle with a good amount of retention with the flap open. Big Red can tell you how well those pouches worked open the entire course firing on the movement, dynamic assumption of all firing positions etc.

Farmboy, too bad about eagle it happens a lot in Canada with foreign suppliers who favor large shipment volumes. Maybe we should develop a VZ specific pouch I actually have a couple prototypes that work well. These voodoo ones look alright and the price is sure good I don't mean to take away from this.

Had a bit of free time and took some pictures. 3 AR mags or 2 VZ mags.

You can see how adjustable the cover/flap is. The back slides down into a velcro pocket to adjust to the size you want.

I can send you to a few companies who would be willing to produce it.

I've been asked about making my own line of gear or working with others, however with the way Blue Force Gear and TAG work with me on client feedback etc., I have no cause right now for it.

Anything with a lower cut available? I like the beer can hold on the cz mags, much easier to snap into the mag well.

I take it with 3 ar mags the button does not fasten? Maybe you could give them feed back to make them with fastex type buckles.;)

Yup it will fasten.

On the backs of the flaps are velcro, as seen at the top of the flap with the VZ mags. It slides into a pocket on the back making the flap fully adjustable to whatever mags you have in the pouch.

To utilize the snap, simply snap the flap onto the pouch, then slide the back of the flap into the pocket to where you want it.
