Ak furnature on CZ

I was wondering how different the furnature is between the 2 , is it the same or is it close...

nothing alike,although with some heavy modification the ak stock will fit. there are pics somwere on the board of this already being done.

I'd like to see some high quality wood furniture for these CZ-58 rifles. Something that even the most old fashioned, bolt action rifle fan would have to admire.
Birch tiger striping maybe? High quality walnut? Maybe even a high quality thumb hole for the Cz858 or VZ-58L.

I'd be up for that.

I've looked high and low for high quality AK furniture... There doesn't seem to be any out there.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Took a bit of work, but with a few wood working tools and the right angle it came out looking good. You'll never get the handguards though, totaly different.

You would think with the popularity of this rifle, that you could get a full nice wood CZ set, rather than having to use an AK stock.

I actually kind of like the thumbhole stocks on the Norinco AK. One of those in a better wood on a non-restricted might look good. However the inability right now to get matching hand guards, pistol grip and wood stock really sucks, especially for those of us with zero wood work experience or tools.

I've managed to scrape up all the wood furniture for the CZ, including a buttstock and matching bayonet.

Took me about 30 mins with my Dremal tool to make it fit.

Also added the AK slant style muzzle break

K: very nice , nice matching of the wood, i had a few wood but they not blond like yours.

now what you need a blond wood handle for your bayo.
