I've over tighten it and it broke the piece inside. I will try to fix it.

OIC , i dont know if you can fix it , its probably cheaper to buy another grip .

Just fixed it

not 100% still protrudes like 2mm, but it's ok. Kinda cool as well

Where did you source the bolt and washers?

I'm debating doing this to my rifle ASAP. Not a fan of the grip angle on my CSA.
