AK vs. CZ58 rear sight

Can someone that owns both rifles tell me the difference in dimensions between the two rear sights? Unfortunately I don't have an AK at home.

This has been discussed before on theakforum .net and they will not interchange. That said I don't know the dimensions. Its a question that would be bettter asked there.

I'll get measurements later but the ak leaf is about an 1/8" narrower.
