Now, from what I understand, these are .177 cal co2 pellet guns?
I don't want one, but you can't tell me they wouldn't sell.

They are .177 calibre BB rifles.
We did carry a few of them before we sold out and have not received a new shipment yet. Supposedly they were built in a Chinese factory where real AK's are made.
The models we carried were full metal and wood.

Can't get them into canada. They look good but are basically one of those plastic DA pistol actions in a metal body. One of the models doesn't even shoot through the ak barrel, but rather from the cleaning rod underneath the barrel.

That was only the early model (the Yunker-1)

I personally would very much like to get my hands on a Yunker-3 model if anyone is able to get them...... they seem to be relatively common in the UK and Germany.

The Yunker-5 is an airsoft version from what I understand. Not my cup of tea either, but opens up an added market for these.

Are there any airguns that you can get here that look like an AKM?.

And I would so buy one of those ak-74 look alikes If I knew where to. I would be finding a way to put wood furniture on it though.

These are not the ones you seem to carry. The Yunkers in question are made at the Izhmash plant, not somewhere in China. Can't compare. I own a Yunker-3.

Are you a member of Airsoft Canada by any chance?. If so, nice replicas that you have built.

I'd like to do one up of my own since ak's are prohib and all.

I have an AK 47 paintball marker sold and marketed by Archon paintball but these are made in China in a registered weapons factory where they make the real AK's,real AK parts are on this marker....very cool indeed.

Some are here

There was a site called w w w.yunkersincanada.com years ago that brought in a few. The site is now defunct.

They were quite expensive, and not great performers. BUT they look and felt fantastic. They are banned in US since they basically used an AK74 reciever. Not posititve what their classification is in Canada now but some are up here. They were well below the 500fps so they were not registered.

There was one for sale on the Canadian airgun forum for 1K!!
