There is a hard copy to my knowledge, but you have to go pick it up, they are not sending anymore out.

Draw Booklet and Priorities
REMINDER:
The
Hunting Draw Booklet
and
priorities
are
NO
LONGER
mailed directly to draw applicants.
An email will be sent to advise applicants when the booklet will be available online at
albertaregulations.ca. The format of the online draw booklet provides direct access to specific sections/pages
and allows you to print only the page(s) you are interested in, instead of printing the whole document. Paper
copies of the booklet are available at Fish and Wildlife Offices and Licence Issuers.
