You can enter up to 4 win numbers on an application. The Lowest priority of those is the one that determines if all are drawn. If you are drawn on that application, then ALL 4 win numbers would be drawn (everyone get's a tag).
So if, let's say you have 4 applicant's on one application: P10, P3, P2, P0. If the draw choice, wmu/season choice can be won with P0, All on that application would get tags. If it takes P3, NONE of the applicant's on that application would be drawn.
