Alberta Hunting Draws

Just out of curiosity, as a non-resident, can you apply for select draws (say antlered moose) and enter the 99 code to gain priority points if you aren't looking to actually take a tag for the given year? Sorry if I'm a little lost, just not 100% sure. Hoping to move to/hunt in Alberta again in the next few years.

You would need to apply with a resident.

That's about what I figured, guess I'll just wait until I get lucky enough to move out that way again. Something about hunting Alberta that makes you want to go back! Good luck to everyone on their draws.
