I am going to get a copy of the regs etc when I get a chance this week....but I had a quick question about a topic that came up yesterday.
A friend of the family has a badger problem on his acreage / ranch...bugging the horses and pets, digging holes, just a pain in the arse.
He has been trying to rid himself of it and as we talked about it the topic came up of taxidermy. Can he have it done up for himself? To sell? What about the hide?
I thought that for his personal ownership it might be alright, but that selling it or the hide would be a no no. Is that right? Thanks.
